Esha Chaugule, a successful IELTS candidate, scored an overall band 8.5. Her tips include:

1. Using only official IELTS Cambridge books for accurate online practice

2. Reading the questions ahead of time in the listening section.

3. For the reading section, she advises candidates to locate unique words and phrases in the passage, start from the first paragraph, and rephrase questions to find answers.

4. In writing, follow Liz’s tips and focus
on the other three sections.

5. In the speaking section, speak as much as possible, avoiding pauses, using high vocab words, and being confident.

6. Practicing with official materials and following Liz’s website diligently.

7. Liz adds extra tips for writing task 2: focus on task response, coherence and cohesion, grammar, and vocabulary.
